I had an ugly experience with DSB controller yesterday. I am travelling business to Helsingborg so I use the route CPH airport - Helsingborg C every week for 3 years already.
I always use Skanetrafiken app - as this is convenient way to have my ticket around. So yesterday I forgot to activate the ticket before boarding the train and did it 4 minutes after departure. 2 minute after that (6 minutes after departure) controller came, I showed my ACTIVE ticket to him and he fined me for these 4 minutes being late (comparing to over one hour journey).
As I mentioned - I am travelling business - so my company pays for my ticket and I don't care about such expenses - I have in app like 200 already used tickets - I showed it to him and he said that it is actually suspicious that I have so many tickets (WHAT?! HOW?).
He started accusing me that I try to grift for money trying to not activate ticket (I am travelling there so often, and during this one hour journey NEVER happened that controller did not showed up...) and he started talking nuts that I want redeem money from app for unused ticket - he obviously doesnt have an app, in Skanetrafiken there is not such option...
So anyway I got fined having active ticket and want to make an complain! I don't want to try not to pay and live in fear they will come after me - I haven't done anything wrong, I paid for the journey.
The only mail address where they said that english speaking person works is [email protected] - but I am afraid they are only covering sales, and could find any dedicated to complaints.
Can you update please the link with complaint form I couldn't find it.

It's true that you don't need the passport to cross the borders but, you do need a passport to identify your self to a police officer if they ask you.
