Get fine at dsb

Hello all.
Today I get fine at the train.
I show a photo of my passport, I'll pay the fine I do not want to get any problems.
But what happens if I do not gave them any other thing that my birth day and the photo of my passport.
I have CPR and I'll only stay for three months. When I supposed to receive this letters? O get involved with the skat?

It's true that you don't need the passport to cross the borders but, you do need a passport to identify your self to a police officer if they ask you.
