How much time(months) required to get work permit under green card scheme? What is total assessment fee?

A: There is no way to tell you how long it will take. It will depend on how you fill out the form, what your qualifications are, what the demand is for your skill set.

You should contact the immigration department directly with these issues, since they are the ones making the decisions.

During the month of July, all government offices come to a standstill due to the summer holidays. Very little if anything gets done during that time, so contact them before if you need an answer soon.
